Edison Beach House offers 24 suites with sea views, private balconies, and seven floor plans. Each suite includes a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and stacked washer-dryer. Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Gulf-Front Pool & Grill

Guests can swim in the heated freshwater pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or relax on the sun deck. A courtyard grill is available for outdoor cooking. The beachfront location allows easy access to the shore, where dolphins are often spotted.

Steps from Times Square

The hotel is a short walk from the Times Square area, which includes surf shops, casual boutiques, and eateries like Tony's Pizza. The nearby fishing pier extends into the Gulf, and no license is required.

Safety & Convenience

Each floor has emergency lighting, fire exits, and smoke detectors. Parking is limited to one car per suite, and night security operates from 7 PM to 7 AM. Daily housekeeping ensures fresh linens and towels.

I think it's a comfortable place to land while the area recovers, but I'd recommend requesting a west-facing unit for those sunset views.
